For more than a decade, The Betaseron Foundation™ has provided assistance to many people with MS who could not afford their Betaseron® (interferon beta-1b). We at the Foundation are proud of the work we have accomplished, the high standards that we set, and our commitment to patients.

The Betaseron Foundation ended operations as of December 31, 2006. However, Berlex, the marketers of Betaseron, has established the Betaseron Patient Assistance Program, which will be guided by the same objective as The Betaseron Foundation: To provide Betaseron to people with MS who, after having exhausted all other avenues of coverage and assistance, cannot otherwise afford it.

It has been our honor and privilege to serve the people who have participated in the Foundation during the last 12 years.
